These phases are: Planning/Pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding/contract negotiation and contract/construction administration. Design and construction drawings are done in state of the art computer aided drafting format and both a hard copy and a digital copy of documents can be provided to our clients. We can provide computer generated 3d perspective color renderings and modeling for both site and buildings inside and out.
We offer special services in the areas of Pre Planning, Design Consultation, Construction Administraton and Warranty Services as well as Plan review and Architectural Standards Review Services. In addition we can provide "Trouble shooting for design and construction issues".
